In this video we are going to show you how to make floating shelves out of pallet boards!  These are great rustic looking shelves, that have the unique feature of not showing any of the hardware or brackets that mount them to the wall.  Of course, you can follow along with this video and use whatever wood that you would like as well.  All of the measurements we are shown making can easily be adapted to fit different types of boards and wood.

Materials List (for one 36″ LG shelf):

6 – 36″ or longer pallet boards

1 – 1 x 4 x 6′ LG pine board

Screw/Anchors for mounting the bracket to the wall (We used 6 – 3-1/2″ construction screws)
